BOWFLEX SELECTECH 1090i ADJUSTABLE DUMBBELLS (Single) If the Selecttech 552I dumbbells aren’t heavier enough for you then you need the Bowflex Selectech 1090I. These replace 17 sets of weights from 4kg to 41kg (10lb to 90 lb). They work on exactly the same principal as the 552I. You just dial in your desired weight and lift out the dumbbell.
