The extra wide seat pad has a simple adjuster block system underneath the seat to angle it to give additional support when performing specific incline exercises. The seat also has a fully contoured edge behind the knee joint, offering maximal support when in decline and you have your feet positioned under the leg hold down rollers. The back pad has rounded edges to facilitate a broader shoulder movement.
