NORDIC TRACK ADJUSTABLE WEIGHT TRAINING BENCH DESCRIPTION The Nordic Track Adjustable Weight Training Bench is the perfect bench to compliment serious dumbbell workouts. It provides a range of backrest positions from decline to flat to an almost vertical incline position. The front seat also goes from flat to various incline positions to to secure you during various training routines. To change the position of both the backrest and seat you pull on a simple pop pin which releases and locks them into the desired angle. The upholstery has a real quality feel and provides excellent support. To move the bench you just lift the handle on the front of the bench. That then engages the transport wheels at the rear so you can move it around like a wheel barrow.
