Mizuno Jpx 925 Hot Metal Pro Irons

Mizuno JPX 925 Hot Metal Pro Irons - 5-PW DNG 105 Stiff Enhanced Speed, Sleek Design The Mizuno JPX 925 Hot Metal Pro Irons are engineered for exceptional speed and a sleek, compact appearance. With a more streamlined clubhead and thinner top line, they offer a refined version of the Hot Metal series. Despite the shorter blade length, these irons maintain the same stock lofts. Mizuno has maximized the Coefficient of Restitution (COR) to the limits set by the USGA and R&A. The JPX 925 Irons emphasize enhanced forgiveness by increasing the effective hitting area, optimizing CORAREA (the energy transfer across the face). A variety of advanced technologies have been utilized to achieve this performance boost. CONTOUR ELLIPSE Reengineered multi-thickness face, now just 1.2mm thin, delivering a 30% improvement over the JPX 923 model. Elliptical face design, angled from high toe to low heel, effectively targets frequent mishit areas. Preserves maximum ball speed, even on off-center contact. SEAMLESS CUP FACE Utilises a one-piece Cup Face design, enabling thinner areas around the entire 360-degree perimeter. Expands CORAREA, ensuring consistent maximum ball speed across the entire face. MULTI-MATERIAL CONSTRUCTION Strategically placed Nickel Tungsten weighting in the 4-7 irons promotes a higher launch and lowers the sweet spot, ideal for turf shots. Delivers steeper landing angles, enhancing the ability to hold more greens. VARIABLE SOLE THICKNESS Enhances CORAREA by allowing the face to flex more effectively. Precisely positioned Nickel Tungsten weighting ensures it doesn't interfere with face flex. BALANCED STABILITY FRAME Optimized weighting enhances control without sacrificing forgiveness. Delivers a tour-preferred feel with refined vibration and sound. HARMONIC IMPACT TECHNOLOGY The feel is more influenced by sound than by vibrations in the hands. Expertly engineered head geometry provides optimal feel and feedback. Acoustic Sound Ribs along the top edge stiffen the top line to improve overall feel. A visible Sound Bar on the back of the club minimizes sound pressure, eliminating undesirable tinny or clicky tones.
