Both speed and incline can be controlled by buttons integrated into the handle bars for uninterrupted training. The console provides 24 pre-set programmes for variety and workout feedback to help motivate and encourage you to keep on training. Once your workout is over the treadmills heavy duty frame uses a hydraulic assist so that it can be easily folded away or slowly lowered using its unassisted soft drop system.
