STORM CURVED TREADMILL The Storm Curved Treadmill does not require electricity, it is self-powered but as treadmills go, it's a game-changer. The Storm Curved treadmill has this unusual curved design that has been found to mimic more closely natural walking and running, much more so than a flatbed treadmill. With no power source, there is no limit to how fast you can run, making it an ideal tool for HIIT training. Because you drive the treadmill belt with your legs more muscles are activated giving your entire leg from glutes to hamstrings an intense workout. However, the treadmill has four resistance levels to provide you with additional challenges and seven programmes to motivate you further. With the Storm Curved treadmill, you have options not available on motorised treadmills. You can sprint without resistance and this uses the same basic concept of toe running used by sprinters training for 100,200 and 400-meter dash. Training this way uses more muscle groups than the traditional heel strike. Turn up the resistance and now you have to power the belt driving through the legs, similar to a sledge push. The Storm treadmill provides lightweight with incredible strength. Advanced composite material incorporates a shock adsorbing cover and the treadmill provides just the right amount of spring even during the toughest workout. The Storm treadmill is quiet and smooth with zero maintenance required.
