Description The Spirit I-Strength Pec Fly/Rear Delt is a dual exercise machine that efficiently focuses on the Pectoral muscles but with a simple adjustment the focus can be switched to the Deltoid muscles. With its multiple hand grips and range of motion adjustment you will always find the correct position to get the most affective muscle development. The back pad supports the spine and the seat height adjusts to accommodate users of all sizes and the upholstery on the seat and back pad is comfortable, durable and easy to clean. As with all Spirit I-Strength machines the advanced electronic resistance and intelligent software deliver’s the next-generation training experience. From the 10.1” (25.6cm) touchscreen choose one of the four dynamic training modes—Pure (traditional), Eccentric, Isokinetic, and Elastic—provide variety and faster results and the built in Wi-Fi delivers real time feedback and seamless updates. A nice futuristic touch is the Dynamic Colour Feedback feature. Integrated in the resistance shroud is a LED light bar that changes colour as the load increases, instantly identifying your training zone.
