Description With the Spirit I-Strength Leg Press/Calf Extension machine the footplate has a angled lower section that enables you to isolate the calf muscles more effectively that with the standard flat plate found on most other leg press machines. The back pad and the footplate angle adjusts so that you get the perfect set up before you start the exercise. In addition the footplate has a four-bar linkage that helps maintain the ankle alignment throughout the exercise. As with all Spirit I-Strength machines it has advanced electronic resistance that offers a range of resistance from 40kg to140kg and combined with the intelligent software it deliver’s the next-generation training experience. From the 10.1” (25.6cm) touchscreen choose one of the four dynamic training modes—Pure (traditional), Eccentric, Isokinetic, and Elastic—provide variety and faster results and the built in Wi-Fi delivers real time feedback and seamless updates. A nice futuristic touch is the Dynamic Colour Feedback feature. Integrated in the resistance shroud is a LED light bar that changes colour as the load increases, instantly identifying your training zone.
