The Spirit Inner Thigh/Outer Thigh exercise machine provides a total thigh workout at the same time as saving on floor space. The large thigh pads and foot supports provide comfort and stability. Handles at the side of the seat also increase stability particularly when you are moving a higher resistance. As with all Spirit I-Strength machines it has advanced electronic resistance that offers a range of resistance from 5kg to100kg and combined with the intelligent software it deliver’s the next-generation training experience. From the 10.1” (25.6cm) touchscreen choose one of the four dynamic training modes—Pure (traditional), Eccentric, Isokinetic, and Elastic—provide variety and faster results and the built in Wi-Fi delivers real time feedback and seamless updates. A nice futuristic touch is the Dynamic Colour Feedback feature. Integrated in the resistance shroud is a LED light bar that changes colour as the load increases, instantly identifying your training zone.
