Instead of a weight stack it uses advanced electronic resistance from a smooth servo motor and intelligent software resulting in the next generation of strength equipment. Each machine has a dual function, resulting in more exercises in less space and a wide resistance range, making it adaptable to users of all abilities. The Spirit I-Strength is perfect for rehabilitation, building muscle and pushing peak performance. Description With the Spirit I-Strength Functional Trainer a single user can utilise both pulleys to get a balanced, even workout or two users can both use the machine simultaneously. As with all Spirit I-Strength machines it has advanced electronic resistance and combined with the unique servo controller system you can double the available resistance from 1:2 to 1:1, enabling greater resistance options. From the 10.1” (25.6cm) touchscreen choose one of the four dynamic training modes—Pure (traditional), Eccentric, Isokinetic, and Elastic—provide variety and faster results and the built in Wi-Fi delivers real time feedback and seamless updates. A nice futuristic touch is the Dynamic Colour Feedback feature. Integrated in the resistance shrouds is a LED light bar that changes colour as the load increases, instantly identifying your training zone. The Spirit functional trainer has multiple accessory handles and integrated storage to facilitate a diverse set of workouts.
