Description The Spirit I-Strength Abdominal/Back Extension is deigned to strengthen your lower back and develop your abdominals resulting in the perfect core trainer. The movements are controlled by a cam and to switch between the exercises you adjust this cam and the process couldn’t be easier. Adjustable roller pad helps with the ideal positioning against the back when performing back extension and the perfect position against the chest when performing your abdominal crunches. A dual foot bar is provided for lower body stabilisation during exercise. As with all Spirit I-Strength machines it has advanced electronic resistance that offers a range of resistance from 9kg to 51kg and combined with the intelligent software it deliver’s the next-generation training experience. From the 10.1” (25.6cm) touchscreen choose one of the four dynamic training modes—Pure (traditional), Eccentric, Isokinetic, and Elastic—provide variety and faster results and the built in Wi-Fi delivers real time feedback and seamless updates. A nice futuristic touch is the Dynamic Colour Feedback feature. Integrated in the resistance shroud is a LED light bar that changes colour as the load increases, instantly identifying your training zone.
