SPIRIT JOHNNY G COMMERCIAL BIKE DESCRIPTION A streamlined stationary bike that redefines indoor cycling. The Johnny G bike is self powered using an internal generator that holds its power for 10 minutes after pedalling has stopped so that you can retain your workout information on the device of your choice, (Smartphone, tablet or lap top) via Bluetooth or ANT+. This bike will help you create a workout according to your ride preferences. It is possible to personalise your training sessions from various programs with three different workout options depending on what type of rider you are. Or you can have pre choreographed programs with the beat of the music matching your pedalling rhythm.
