Stride length is an important feature of an elliptical crosstrainer and the Life Fitness E5 Adjustable Stride Elliptical Crosstrainer ensures that no matter how short or tall you are this machine will deliver comfort and an effective workout. The stride length and resistance can be altered by the controls integrated in the multi grip handle bars. The stride length can be adjusted from 46cm to 61cm (18-24 inches) a range that would suit almost everyone. The ErgoGrip stationery handles combine an Activity Zone which is there to enhance your workouts and offers such features as Total Body Trainer and Leg Sculptor. WhisperStride™ technology ensures that the Life Fitness E5 Elliptical Crosstrainer offer's extremely quiet operation and the advanced biomechanics has resulted in an elliptical path that mimics human movement resulting in an extremely comfortable workout. With the E5 you have a choice of two consoles. The GO console is designed for ease of use and provides a range of exciting programmes.
