You can quickly adjust speed and incline with one-touch keys or with Quick Dial, which are rotating wheels on the handlebars, Roll the dial forward too increase speed and roll back to decrease speed. Roll the other dial to go up hill to its limit of 15% and roll back to come down. Use the contact grips or Bluetooth HR to monitor your heart.
