The Gym Gear Elite X97 Cross Trainer requires no external power source due to its self generating cordless system. The display illuminates as soon as you begin your workout. The motion is exceptionally smooth providing a comfortable and natural 20" (50.8cm) stride. The controls are easy to use with quick start/stop buttons and simple selection of programmes. There are 16 programmes to choose from each offering a maximum 25 resistance levels equating to 400 watts of power output- suitable for the most seasoned athlete. Comfort grip handle bars allow multiple users to find a comfortable position.
