What the patient will find when they use the Dyaco Medical Rehabilitation UBE Upper Body Ergometer Series 5.5UE is an upper body exercise with a coordinated and natural arm motion making the workout a comfortable and enjoyable experience. It offers an exceptionally low starting resistance which adapts to patients individual range of motion and capabilities. The result is a gentle and low impact physical therapy exercise for the upper limbs, arms and shoulders. The oversized bench seat offers plenty of adjustments to accommodate a range of different size users but it is also removable to allow wheelchair access. As with most Dyaco Medical equipment the 5.5UE offers Bi-Directional resistance. This function allows for arm rotation in both forward and reverse directions, under a smooth magnetic resistance, for greater muscle and joint involvement. Located within close patient proximity, the multi-function handle has a central control hub with shortcut keys, allowing for effortless operation of the console. Moreover, it includes a handy arm height adjustment lever, streamlining the process of adjusting the equipment for maximum comfort and efficiency during therapy sessions. The hand grips rotate to swivel naturally in accordance with the patients wrist movement. The 5.5UE comes furnished with a 10" touch panel console on a 360 degree Articulating Arm, providing direct access to the Dyaco Insight Cloud computing platform for data analytics. The Beacon, positioned on top of the console, employs vividly coloured lights to assess exercise intensity and offer physical therapists an immediate visual cue regarding their patients' advancement. The broad connection, wireless capabilities, multiple access login, and real-time streaming data transfer are all integrated features designed to amplify therapists' productivity and support patients' rehabilitation outcomes.
