BH G140 LIGHT COMMERCIAL POWER SMITH (PLATE LOADED) The New BH G140 PowerSmith is a serious piece of kit for the serious trainer and is a plate loaded system that provides over 40 different exercise. The commercial grade dual pulleys attached to high durability tensile cables and have multiple height adjustments so that you can perform various functional exercises. The Smith Bar runs smoothly along the vertical guide rods due to the linear bearings. A Landline is fitted to one side of the machine which means you can place an additional Olympic bar into the tube and perform bent over rows as well as many other single and double handed lift and twist exercises. An adjustable height knee pad holds you in place while doing a lat pulldown from an optional bench and a foot bar anchors your feet in place during seated row. At the top of the machine is a multi grip chinning bar and at the rear weight disc unicorns to store your discs.
