BH G127 INDAR LIGHT COMMERCIAL MULTI GYM STATION The New BH G127 Indar semi professional gym is manufactured to the highest quality and is an extremely capable single stack gym for both home and light commercial establishments such as hospitals, schools, fire stations, medium size hotels and more. It offers a 90kg cast iron weight stack, enclosed within steel weight guards for added safety. The bench press can be adapted to provide numerous exercises from shoulder press to seated row by the simple adjustment of a chrome pop pin. It also has four handgrip positions with the grips at various angles so whatever exercise you perform the stress on your wrists will be reduced because you can always find the correct ergonomic position. The same pop pin adjustment is available on the ‘pec fly’ facility located at the rear of the bench press. The arms of this facility can be moved into various positions for a range of different exercises and the free movement provided by the cables simulates free weight training, recruiting more stabilising muscles. Seated row and arm curl can be performed at the front of the machine and the there is a foot plate to anchored you while performing the seated row. Add the lat pulldown, abdominal crunch and the leg curl/ leg extension stations, adjustable seat, commercial upholstery and handgrips along with a compact footprint and you have a gym that will fit almost anywhere and perform to the highest standards.
